"Sport Physicals for 2009-2010 Sports Year"

All sport physicals should be dated between June 13, 2009 and August 3, 2009. All sport physicals should be turned into Ms. Talbott's office by August 7, 2009. Fall sports will begin on Wednesday, August 12. The athlete must have a physical on file before they can practice.
