JV Football wins Twin City Championship
The JV team brought home the JV Twin City Championship for at least the 4th consecutive year by reeling off 32 second half points en route to a 46-19 win. Centennial had 2 rushing touchdowns by Lucas Stefan. Taylen Alexander had touchdown passes to Gabe Omo-Osagie, Trey Ballard, and rushed for two of his own. Centennial scored 2 point conversions on rushes by Kierre Gilmore, Lucas Stefan, and Taylen Alexander. Taylen Alexander also threw conversion passes to Cully Wilson and Gabe Omo-Osagie. The Chargers never punted, and got solid punt returning by David Briscoe. Cully Wilson, in addition to his offensive two point conversion, was also big on defense intercepting the Central QB. Every player in a Charger uniform played in both Twin City games. Congratulations to the JV team as they move to 5-3.
