The Varsity Football team battled back from a 21-0 deficit on Friday night, but still lost to Lake Forest 38-35. The Offensive Line, Wings and WR’s blocked well, allowing Quarterback Justin Cokefair to find the end zone 5 times (4 TD’s, 2 pt. Conversion after TD) and Danny Hourihan to score a TD on a nice 10 yard run. Nolan Hebein snagged an amazing, 1 handed interception off of Notre Dame bound Quarterback Tommy Rees. At 3-4 overall (3-1 in the NSC Prairie), the Bulldogs need to win their final two games to not only be NSC Prairie Division Champions, but to also qualify for the IHSA State Playoffs for a 5th straight season. The Bulldogs hope to have many crazed fans supporting them as they travel out to Vernon Hills to battle a very tough Cougar team this Friday. Go Bulldogs!!!
