"FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION"

The following sports are offered in the fall and begin official practices and/or tryouts on August 12. When we have the schedule for August 12, it will be posted on this website and also on the hotline at 630-529-4500, Ext 5. All athletes are required to register at the Athletic Office at West Campus and will need a current physical (less than year old), an athletic emergency card, a signed Lancer Code of Conduct and a signed IHSA Consent form if not previously submitted. Upon registration, every athlete will be issued a receipt for these forms and will need to submit the receipt to his/her coach before being allowed to practice and/or tryout. All forms are available for downloading from this website, under "links". We look forward to seeing you in August.

"LAKE PARK WILL ONCE AGAIN OFFER SPORTLINK SPORTS PHYSICALS"

Sportlink will once again offer sports physicals for sophomore, junior and senior athletes. This physical is not intended for incoming freshmen. The dates for the physicals are either Friday, June 19 or Friday, July 24, at East Campus. You must pre register at www.sportlinkusa.com and enter LPEAST for your school code. Choose service and follow instructions for scheduling and payment. Download appropriate forms for your choice of service and bring completed forms to your scheduled appointment.
