"Sports Physicals Offered 6/27 and 8/5!!" |
Sports physicals will be offered at McHenry High School this year! These sports physicals are for sophomore, junior and senior athletes only. They are not school physicals and would not meet the requirements for a (incoming) freshman school physical.
UPDATED TIMES FOR 6/27!!
Dates: Sat. June 27 from 12-3 p.m. and August 5 from 3-7 p.m. in the west main gym. Walk-in basis, fee is $25.00 per physical. We will have the physical forms to complete.
Sports physicals are current for one year from the physical date. Athletes are required to have a current sports or school physical on file in order to participate/tryout for sports. Below is the IHSA physical form that MUST be signed by a parent in order to have the physical completed!!

"Cheerleading Tryouts 2009-2010" |
The Cheerleading Try out Clinic will be held on Wednesday, August 12 from 9 am-2 pm (with an hour lunch break).
Try outs will be the following day, Thursday, August 13 beginning at 5 pm.
All will take place at West Campus.
Students need to have their equipment issue card completed at the east main office or west athletic office prior to tryouts. This includes having a current sports or school physical.

"Fall Sports Team/Individual Pictures 8/18 and 8/19" |
The Fall Sports Team Pictures dates are 8/18 and 8/19. 8/18 is for Football and Golf. 8/19 is for Cheerleading, B. and G. Cross Country, Varsity Poms, B. Soccer, G.Swimming, G. Tennis and G. Volleyball.
Picture forms will be sent home with the athletes. Forms need to be returned with payment for picture day. You may choose which picture package you want. Athletes must be in the team pictures. Individual/group pictures are optional. Pictures bought are mailed directly home.

"Homecoming 2009 is Oct 2, 2009!" |
The Homecoming football game, parade and pep assembly date for 2009 have been set as Friday, October 2, 2009. Saturday, October 3 is the date for the dance at both campuses. Stay tuned for more information in Fall 2009.
