Naperville North High and Oswego High School will be hosting their annual HOOPS for HEALING tournament again during Thanksgiving week. Currently the tournament has raised $11,000 and has raised $55,000 since it was started five years ago. They the money to sponsor Camp Hope.
Games will be held at North and Oswego on November 23 & 24. All games will be at Oswego on November 25 and 27.
All funds support CAMP HOPE. Camp Hope is a unique summer camp support program at the Edward Cancer Center. It helps kids who have a parent or grandparent undergoing cancer treatment to get to know other children who are undergoing similar experiences. Better still, it gives them a chance to be kids with other kids in the midst of the difficulties going on at home.
This tournament totally funds CAMP HOPE.
