1st Place
Big 12 Conference Meet
Girls Swimming and Diving Captures Big 12 Conference Title
Led by Samantha Holmes' victories in the 200 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke led the varsity girls swimming and diving team to a first place finish at the Big 12 Conference Meet on Saturday at the Normal West pool. Kayla Orendorff also captured first place in the 100 backstroke. Other Wildcat place finishers were:
200 Medley Relay 2nd Place
200 Individual Medley Kiley Swearingen 6th Place
50 Freestyle Kayla Orendorff 4th Place
50 Freestyle Rachel Jirik 5th Place
Diving Morgan Flex 5th Place
100 Butterfly Rachel Jirik 4th Place
100 Freestyle Rachel Dean 4th Place
100 Freestyle Jordan Knuth 5th Place
500 Freestyle Kiley Swearingen 2nd Place
500 Freestyle Amy Weisenfelder 5th Place
200 Freestyle Relay 2nd Place
