The Downers Grove North Trojans (11-7-3) knocked off the Lockport Porters in the first round of the IHSA playoffs by a score of 3 - 0. Alex Vogler scored the eventual game winner in the 30th minute earning his first goal of the season. Also scoring for the Trojans were senior Justin Pickering and the final goal from freshmen AJ Jeffries on a feed from Luis Salas. Matt Paprocki earned his 6th shutout of the season behind the stingy Trojan defense.
