Attention Parents & Student Athlete’s: Sport physicals will be held this summer on Friday, June 1^st, and Friday, July 27^th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in room A103. In order to make the process more efficient, we will start scheduling appointments on Thursday May 3, 2012, in the athletic office. You may also schedule an appointment by calling Mike Peterson at (815) 276-3926 or the athletic office at (815) 337-3030. The cost is $25.00 for pre-registered athletes and $30.00 for walk-in athletes. Please make checks payable to WHS Athletics. All athletes under 18 must bring an IHSA physical signed by their parent/guardian. A special thank you to Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers and Centegra Hospital for donating the staff to work these events. All of the money raised will be donated to the WHS athletic training program for medical supplies and equipment.
